First Sisters Only Bible Studies of the Semester!

The sisters of Sigma Alpha Omega® recently hosted and participate in their first Sisters Only! Bible Studies of the Spring Semester 2011! This semester has been a very adventurous and fun-filled semester already, especially with the recent pinning of 30 candidates to participate in the recruitment process. This is a chapter record for the sisters and they are very thankful to have so many women of God anxious to join their sisterhood. All of the sisters demonstrated their devotion and commitment to following God's will and trusting in him by each agreeing to be Big sisters to atleast one of the candidates.

The first two Bible Studies were unformal meetings for sisters to share ways God has been working in their lives recently. This type of sharing and conversation helps to create a strong since of fellowship and fosters deep connections across the sisterhood breaking down many barriers. The sisters will begin Forgotten God by Francis Chan (Chapter 1) for the upcoming week. This is a follow up to last semester's Bible Study series Crazy Love also by Francis Chan.
